Qualifications:
High school diploma; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; proficient computer skills and basic data entry skills and 1-2 years of general clerical duties.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will perform various clerical tasks as directed by management.
Job assignments may include but are not limited to:
Distribute, file and manage forms to be updated at regular intervals.
Answer phones, take messages, and communicate with staff when necessary.
Monitor databases.
Write form letters/email correspondence to state agency and inter-agency staff.
Maintain and distribute phone listing for Residential Department.
Maintain calendar for meeting rooms.
Create and edit reports from Microsoft Office Excel and Access.
Word processing and general document and correspondence preparation.
Must be flexible, able to multitask and have good organizational skills.
Track and manage agency vehicle repairs, mileage, insurance and registration cards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
