Responsibilities:
- Sales of Products and Service for Clientele dealing only with a Preferred Customer Base
- Classroom Training and Developmental Training for New Products and Services
- Work with the Management team to initiate creative strategies to build positive buzz about new products and promotions our clients offer
- Develop new marketing and sales strategies on site
- Deliver timely and remarkable customer service to community residents.
- Play a key role in answering and selling residents promotions
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Have a BA/BS or must willing train in all faucets in the company
- Be available to work some weekends
- Have great sales and customer service experience
- Have a great student mentality and willingness to learn and train

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
