We are seeking an experienced Chef with extensive experience in Indian cusine to join our team.
We will provide all of the nessacary resources to ensure your success at our establishment.
Duties:
- Plan and execute Indan menus in accordance with customer preferences and seasonal availability - Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality - Collaborate with management to develop new menu Indian Cuise items and specials - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
Qualifications:
