Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals - Assist with cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling cash - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery - Maintain a clean and organized work area Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus Note:
Sanitation, bussing, guest relations, and kitchen-related tasks are included within the responsibilities section as they are relevant to the server role.
