Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service.
Making a Positive Impact for all patients at every interaction.
Scheduling patient visits Collecting payments at time of service Understanding of Insurance Plans and being able to effectively communicate patient benefit information Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our services Managing Multiple Phone Lines Faxing/Filing/Scanning and Organization of Files to ensure accuracy of record keeping Ability to work independently Contribute to Problem Solving/Finding solutions to issues Positive attitude with Focus on Team Success.
Oversee and coordinate overall activities of the Client Experience Representatives to ensure productivity at all times Proper Case Management throughout duration of care Professional Management of all patient concerns or issues Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
